**Return Policy**

Thank you for shopping at The Traveling Pumpkin! We want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help. Please review our return policy below:

**1. Eligibility for Returns**

Our items are custom made, so we do not accept returns. We have a 14-day refund or replacement policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund or replacement. 

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, your item must be damaged when received or defective. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and to provide photographic evidence of the damaged item.

If your request is accepted, we’ll either refund your purchase or ship you a replacement at our cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

**2. Exchanges**
If you received a defective or damaged item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer support team at support@thetravelingpumpkin.com to arrange for a replacement.

**3. Shipping**
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part. In such cases, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label.
